Tomatoes. The fruit that’s technically a fruit, but isn’t like any other fruit. But who cares? They taste delicious! We pick the finest tomatoes from quality plants found in northern Greece’s Nestos River delta. Once each tomato is prepared, washed, sorted, and cut, we dry them in geothermal tunnel ovens — a technique we’re pioneering in Greece. This innovative method helps preserve our tomatoes’ nutritional values, minimizes contaminations, and results in a very smooth texture. These tomatoes in oil, are great in Mediterranean recipes and love being in Greek salads!
