Squalene (>5000mg/kg).
Squalene is naturally produced by our own skin and makes up about 12% of human sebum. It’s what keeps skin supple, soft, and protected.
EVOO contains one of the highest natural concentrations of squalene found in any plant source.

Hydroxytyrosol (20mg/20g).
This is considered the most powerful natural antioxidant ever measured.

Vitamin E (20mg/100g).
